Evidence for Equity

At Evidence for Equity, we believe that high quality evidence and research is the foundation for taking action towards a more just and equitable world.

We work with organisations who share our belief that effective action is grounded in good evidence.

We take the time to understand the questions you’re asking, so that we can work with you to develop the most effective research strategy to get you the answers you need to take action.

Evidence only creates change when it reaches the right people in the right way. We work with you to understand your audience and draw on our experience to recommend the outputs that will have the most impact.

What We Do

Evidence for Equity specialises in helping your purpose-led organisation produce actionable research with the highest standards of rigour and integrity.

But our aim goes beyond just doing the research: our goal will always be to help your organisation strengthen its internal capacity for understanding data-led research and how where it can help you achieve the change you want to see.

Quantitative and data research

We’ve completed research projects using a variety of quantitative research methods, including:

  • statistical analysis
  • data visualisation
  • geographic analysis, including some satellite analysis
Policy research and analysis
  • developing policy reports and recommendations
Data research advice

We can work with your team or organisation when it’s developing a new project or data research function. That might include:

  • setting up a data research team
  • recruiting data research staff
